It’s not always easy to know where to find good coffee in Paris, so today I’m sharing with you my guide to help you find the best iced lattes in Paris!
I’m not sure if my dear Frenchie readers realise this, but in Australia we have a strong coffee culture, and dare I say it, some of the best coffee in the world. We spend a lot of time in coffee shops and we often form our daily routines around our coffee breaks. I used to wake up ridiculously early just so I would have time to sit in my favourite coffee shop and enjoy my flat white before work each day. Looking back now, I can’t believe how much money I used to spend on coffee, but that’s really is just part of our Australian culture. Since arriving in France, I’ve spent a serious amount of time hunting down cafes that make amazing coffee. If you’re interested, you can find some of my past reviews here.
During the last few beautiful summer months I was on a mission to discover where to find the best iced lattes in Paris. As you can imagine, this wasn’t a very difficult challenge. While I tried many that were delicious, I managed to narrow my list down to 3.
Number 1 on my list is Kitsuné Café. The iced latte is so delicious and it’s not too milky so you can actually taste the coffee in it. The café is also dog friendly, which is a major tick in my book (they always give Otto hugs and a big bowl of water), and you have the option to sit outside in the park or inside.
KB Coffee Shop is my “regular” coffee shop. You’ll often find me working in the mornings with a coffee by myside. They have a large outside terrace perfect for sitting back and enjoying you perfectly poured iced latte.
Honor, is a new discovery for me. Tucked away in small courtyard off rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Honor serves up some seriously coffee. Their iced lattes have a really distinct flavour, which I really enjoyed. I also liked that they’re served in a smaller size glass so they’re not too milky.
It was really hard to narrow down this list to three as there are so many great coffee shops popping up around Paris these days. I also have to give an honourable mention to Coutume Café, Marcello, and 10 Belles. These cafés also serve up some very fine coffees!
